Tower - Hammerhead
MR Crane’s hammerhead tower cranes range from 6 to 20 tons and include Wolff and Jaso models built for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction. Hammerheads are the standard choice for projects that need consistent reach and lifting capacity across a large radius. All units are available for crane rental across Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, and the Okanagan.
Tower - Luffing Jib
Luffing jib tower cranes are built for tight urban sites where multiple cranes share airspace or where the boom needs to stay within the property line. MR Crane carries luffing jib cranes from 5 to 28 tons, including the Wolff 355B for heavy-capacity work and compact Jaso units for smaller footprints.
Tower - Self-Erecting
Self-erecting tower cranes set up and break down faster than conventional towers, making them a practical option for shorter-duration projects, smaller sites, or jobs where a full tower crane isn’t justified. MR Crane’s FM GRU 1035 RBI delivers 3.5 tons of capacity with a compact footprint and quick mobilization.
Mobile
MR Crane’s mobile crane fleet ranges from 30 to 220 tons and includes all-terrain cranes that travel public roads and perform on rough ground, and rough terrain cranes built for unpaved and uneven job sites. Every mobile crane rental includes an experienced, certified operator.
Boom Trucks
Boom trucks combine a crane with a flatbed carrier, making them one of the most versatile units on a job site. They handle commercial lifts, rooftop sets, utility work, and material placement where a full mobile crane isn’t needed. MR Crane’s boom truck fleet ranges from 10 to 40 tons and is available for rental across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
Hoists
Construction hoists move workers and materials vertically on high-rise and mid-rise job sites, keeping foot traffic off the tower crane and the project on schedule. MR Crane carries Jaso and Stros construction hoists from 1.6 to 4 tons, sized for residential towers, commercial builds, and mixed-use developments across BC.
